Land Survey & Design
We start every job with a clear picture of the land. GPS land surveying, full topographic surveys, and complete field design for drainage and water management. Knowing the lay of the land — and designing for it — is what separates good dirt work from work that has to be done over.
Land Grading & Leveling
Precision land grading is the heart of what we do. Better drainage means better yields, easier farming, and less standing water. We use GPS-controlled equipment to get the cuts and fills exactly right the first time.
Tail Water Recovery
Tail water recovery systems capture irrigation runoff and put it back to work, instead of losing it to the ditch. We design and build complete systems — reservoirs, ditches, and grading — so your water investment pays back twice.
Pond Digging
New ponds dug to your specifications — irrigation reservoirs, recreational ponds, livestock ponds. We also clean out and reshape existing ponds that have silted in over the years.
Site Prep & Building Pads
Building a shop, grain bin, house, or any other structure starts with a solid pad. We build pads to specification — properly compacted, properly drained, and properly graded so what you put on top of them lasts.

We work throughout the Delta — Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Based in Leland, MS, with equipment that travels.
